HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT?

Expect an emailed E-Gift Card within 1-3 business days of the request you sent to our customer service.
Please note that the return can be made 3 days before the pickup date. If your order has been already prepared and delivered, this order can not be refunded.
A total or partial refund to the original payment method can be done only if the reason for the refund is classified as Fit and Fast Meals mistake.
Store Credit is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at time of purchase.

WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT.

We hope this will encourage you to take your time in selecting your purchases and feel free to reach out to us with any questions. Store Credit never expires.

HOW DO I INITIATE A REFUND?

Please sent us an email to fitandfastmeals@gmail.com with the following details:
– Order number
– Contact information (valid email, phone number that we can reach you if needed)
– Reason for the refund and the description of the issue
We will reply to your email within 24-48 hours. We might request additional information to process your refund.

ADDITIONAL REFUND DETAILS

– We only offer STORE CREDIT for returns. We don’t issue refunds back to your method of payment.
– Please allow 1-3 business days for return processing.
– Once your return is processed, we will email you an E-Gift Card with your store credit that you can use on the website.
– Store Credit does not expire.
